- Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate – B2 level (There is a preparatory program for those without this certificate)

- A Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate is required for Turkish Programs. Your Turkish Language Level must be at the (B2) level according to the European Language Portfolio (ELP) classification. There is a Turkish preparatory class for international students.
- A language proficiency certificate is not required for English Programs.
No refunds are provided for students whose registration has been confirmed.

According to the decision of the University Administrative Board, exams may be held either online with supervision or in-person.

Yes, you can retake failed courses during the relevant semester (fall or spring) or in Summer School.
Yes, you can apply to graduate (master’s) programs at universities with your undergraduate diploma.
Transfer Registration Application Requirements
- Those who are Turkish citizens or citizens of other countries and have a temporary or permanent residence permit in their current country for at least six months;
- Those who have previously registered in Anadolu University Open Education Faculty programs and have not withdrawn their registration;
- may apply for transfer if they are currently enrolled in programs abroad.
- Transfer applications can be submitted by emailing a signed petition outlining the transfer request to globalcampus@anadolu.edu.tr.
