• Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye or foreign nationals who hold a residence permit/permanent residence permit valid for at least 6 months in the country where they reside;

• Those who have previously enrolled in programs offered by Anadolu University’s Open Education Faculty and have not canceled their registrations;

• Those who are enrolled in overseas programs may apply for a transfer.

Transfer applications can be made by submitting a handwritten or typed petition stating the transfer request to the Contact Office in the applicant’s country or to the Open Education Faculty Overseas Programs Central Office Administration.
