Anadolu University Faculty of Open Education has over 40 years of experience in open and distance education, offering higher education opportunities in Turkish and English to students living in Central Asia countries.
Along with the Turkish Language and Culture (for Foreign Students) Associate Degree Program, various associate and bachelor's degree programs offered in Turkish and English are also accessible in Central Asia countries.
The Anadolu University Open Education Faculty’s Overseas Programs operate in the following Central Asian countries:
Kazakhstan
Kyrgyzstan
Uzbekistan
- Kazakhstan: Astana, Almaty, Turkistan
- Kyrgyzstan: Bishkek
- Uzbekistan: Tashkent, Samarkand
International admission requirements for the Faculty of Open Education are the same for all countries.
Admissions are based on high school diploma equivalency and candidates only need to provide the following:
- A valid passport or ID card
- Biometric photo
- Completed online application form
Equivalency verification and eligibility checks can be done at globalcampus.anadolu.edu.tr. All registration procedures are carried out entirely online, and university staff provide full support to students at every stage of the process.
The Faculty of Open Education offers various associate and bachelor's degree programs in both Turkish and English in Central Asia countries.
All programs are conducted through the open and distance education model.

Courses are conducted 100% online.
Students can participate in live sessions held at different times, ask instructors questions directly, and access all recorded lessons at any time.
Exams are held at designated examination centers for Central Asia countries or through the online exam system.
Exam dates and center information are announced separately on each country's page.
For Central Asian countries, the semester instruction and material fee for the 2026-2027 academic year is $125.
The fee for English programs for the 2026-2027 academic year is 125 $.
The tuition for the Preparatory Class of the Associate Degree Program in Turkish Language and Culture is covered by our university.
Payments are made online; necessary bank details and payment steps are provided within the application system.
* Semester tuition and material fees are determined by taking into account the economic indicators of the respective countries.
