Anadolu University Faculty of Open Education has over 40 years of experience in open and distance education, offering higher education opportunities in Turkish and English to students living in Balkan countries.
Along with the Turkish Language and Culture (for Foreign Students) Associate Degree Program, various associate and bachelor's degree programs offered in Turkish and English are also accessible in Balkan countries.
The Anadolu University Open Education Faculty’s Overseas Programs operate in the following Balkan countries:

International admission requirements for the Faculty of Open Education are the same for all countries.
Admissions are based on high school diploma equivalency and candidates only need to provide the following:
- A valid passport or ID card
- Biometric photo
- Completed online application form
Equivalency verification and eligibility checks can be done at globalcampus.anadolu.edu.tr. All registration procedures are carried out entirely online, and university staff provide full support to students at every stage of the process.
The Faculty of Open Education offers various associate and bachelor's degree programs in both Turkish and English in Balkan countries.
All programs are conducted through the open and distance education model.

Courses are conducted 100% online.
Students can participate in live sessions held at different times, ask instructors questions directly, and access all recorded lessons at any time.
Exams are held at designated examination centers for Balkan countries or through the online exam system.
Exam dates and center information are announced separately on each country's page.
For Balkan countries, the tuition and material fee for the 2026-2027 academic year is 120 €.
The tuition fee for English-language programs for the 2026–2027 academic year is 120 €.
The tuition for the Preparatory Class of the Associate Degree Program in Turkish Language and Culture is covered by our university.
Payments are made online; necessary bank information and payment steps are shared within the application system.
* The termly tuition and material fees are determined by taking into account the economic indicators of the relevant countries.
