You can easily complete your registration process by following the steps below:
Registration Steps
- Create your user account in the registration system.
- Log in to the system and enter your Contact Information.
- Select your department and upload the required documents.
- Review your information and make your Term Payment, then upload the receipt to the system.
Types of Registration
- Registration with Diploma Equivalency
- Registration through Placement Exam
- Registration for Second University without Exam
- Who Cannot Register?
High school graduates who completed their education abroad and hold a foreign diploma equivalent to a Turkish high school diploma can apply if they have received an Equivalency Certificate from the Education Attachés of the Republic of Türkiye embassies/consulates abroad or from the Provincial Directorates of National Education in Türkiye.
Applicants must have legally resided in the country where the school is located for at least 6 months and possess a valid residence or study permit.
Those who meet these conditions can apply within the registration period, and registrations are finalized after the required documents are submitted and approved.
Candidates who have graduated from high school or an equivalent institution within the Turkish Education System will be eligible for enrollment in the Open Education Faculty if they participate in and pass the Placement Exam. Candidates can apply for the program (country) of their choice and complete their registration. Within the scope of Anadolu University’s Open Education Faculty Overseas Programs, you can take the exams held in your country and graduate from university.
The selection exam dates will be published in the announcements area of the globalcampus.anadolu.edu.tr website.
- Students who are currently enrolled in higher education institutions in Türkiye,
- Turkish citizens who have graduated with a bachelor’s or associate degree from higher education institutions in Türkiye,
- Citizens of the Republic of Türkiye who have graduated from higher education institutions abroad and have obtained an equivalency certificate from the Council of Higher Education (YÖK),
can enroll in a second university program in a different field of study without an entrance exam.
- Those who are currently enrolled in faculties operating under Anadolu University’s Open Education Faculty cannot apply.
- Applicants must have a residence permit in the country where they reside for at least 6 months, either temporary or permanent.
- Candidates who meet these requirements and apply within the registration period by submitting the required documents will have their registrations finalized.
Applicants who do not meet the application requirements cannot complete final registration for Anadolu University’s Overseas Programs.
In addition, applications from Turkish citizens residing in Türkiye who do not have a valid residence permit in the country where they live, or who have traveled abroad with a tourist visa, are not accepted.
Applications are also not accepted from individuals who do not hold citizenship of any country but have been granted limited or unlimited residence in their country of residence based on a “Travel Document” issued by local authorities.
Therefore, candidates in these circumstances are not eligible to take the placement exam, and even if they have taken and passed the exam, this does not grant them the right to final registration.
