Student amnesty pre-application and final registration processes under Law No. 7592 in International Programs will be carried out as explained below in accordance with the principles determined by the Council of Higher Education. Student candidates living abroad and holding a residence permit/visa for at least six months in their country of residence can apply for amnesty for the Open Education Faculty International Programs.

Online Amnesty Pre-Application Dates	Starting at 10:00 Turkish Time on Tuesday, September 08, 2026, ending at 17:00 Turkish Time on Friday, October 09, 2026.

Amnesty pre-applications will only be received online via the aoskayit.anadolu.edu.tr address. Candidates who will make an amnesty pre-application with their student number in International Programs can request the login password for the application system from the globalcampus@anadolu.edu.tr e-mail address.

Online Amnesty Final Registration Dates	Starting at 10:00 Turkish Time on Thursday, October 15, 2026, ending at 17:00 Turkish Time on Friday, October 30, 2026.

Candidates must make their registration applications in accordance with the explanations in the Amnesty Registration Guide and pay the semester educational material fee determined for the relevant semester.

Students who have completed their fall semester amnesty registration between October 15-30, 2026, will carry out their course selection procedures by logging into the Student Information System (aosogrenci.anadolu.edu.tr) with their student password or e-Government password between October 15 - November 02, 2026.

The Fall Semester courses of the students who previously gained the right to register for the International Programs but did not register, and who register within the scope of the amnesty, will be assigned by the Faculty.

Students who apply for amnesty pre-application between November 03 - December 09, 2026, will make their final registration for the Spring Semester. The amnesty registration dates for the 2026-2027 Academic Year Spring Semester will also be announced in the Academic Calendar.
