The procedures and principles regarding the implementation of Provisional Article 85, which was added to the Higher Education Law No. 2547 by Law No. 7592 published in the Official Gazette No. 33335 dated August 9, 2026, were determined at the meeting of the General Assembly of Higher Education held on August 12, 2026. Work is currently underway at our faculty to ensure that application and registration procedures are conducted online in accordance with these procedures and principles.
