2025-2026 Öğretim Yılı Yurt Dışı Programları İkinci Üniversite Kayıt Duyurusu

This announcement covers the online application and registration procedures for those who have graduated from any higher education program and students enrolled in a higher education program other than Anadolu University Open Education Faculty, within the scope of the 2026-2027 Academic Year Second University.

Provided that it is not in the same field they are studying or have graduated from; candidates studying in or graduated from an undergraduate program can apply and register online for associate degree or undergraduate programs, and those studying in or graduated from an associate degree program can apply and register online for associate degree programs.

Online Application and Registration Dates	Started on Monday, August 03, 2026, at 10:00, and will end on Monday, November 02, 2026, at 17:00.

Application procedures will be carried out with an e-Government (e-Devlet) password from the address specified above.

Candidates who have completed their pre-registration applications must also register within these dates.

In order for candidates to apply, their education information must be up-to-date in the YÖKSİS system. Candidates whose information is not up-to-date must contact the Higher Education Institutions where they are registered/graduated from to have their information updated.

Candidates whose up-to-date YÖKSİS information cannot be accessed will not be able to make an online registration application.

The registration of a candidate who does not submit an online registration application cannot be processed. The registration of students who complete the online application process will be approved after their documents are reviewed.

If the registration documents are incomplete, the registration will not be completed and no additional time will be granted to provide the missing documents. Those who fail to register for any reason, including candidates who pre-registered within the specified dates, will lose their right to register with the faculty and cannot claim any rights. Registration by mail is not accepted.
