Anadolu University Open Education Faculty has over 40 years of experience in open and distance learning, offering higher education opportunities in Turkish and English to students living in African countries.
Alongside the Turkish Language and Culture (for Foreign Students) Associate Degree Programme, various associate degree and bachelor's degree programmes offered in Turkish and English are also accessible in African countries.

The overseas admission requirements for the Open Education Faculty are the same for all countries.
Admissions are based on high school diploma equivalence, and applicants are only required to submit the following:
- A valid passport or identity card
- Biometric photograph
- Completed online application form
Equivalence verification and eligibility checks can be carried out at global.anadolu.edu.tr. All registration procedures are conducted entirely online, and university staff provide full support to students at every stage of the process.
The Open Education Faculty offers various undergraduate and graduate programmes in both Turkish and English in Middle Eastern countries.
All programmes are conducted using an open and distance learning model.

Courses are delivered 100% online.
Students can participate in live sessions held at different times, ask questions directly to instructors, and access all recorded lessons at any time.
Exams are conducted at designated exam centres in African countries or via an online exam system.
