The Associate Degree Program in Real Estate Management aims to train personnel equipped with professional knowledge in real estate appraisal, real estate marketing, and real estate management.
Graduates who successfully complete the Associate Degree Program in Real Estate Management may open a real estate office or work in public institutions and organizations such as the Land Office, General Directorate of Agricultural Reform, General Directorate of National Estate, Directorates of Land Registry and Cadastre, and municipal real estate directorates, as well as in private companies, organized real estate companies, and in the management of large buildings and business centers.
