Among the core knowledge, skills, and competencies that the Undergraduate Program in International Relations aims to instil in its students are the ability to assess political, historical, social, and economic developments at regional and global levels; to explain the interactions between states and international organizations; and to understand international cooperation mechanisms and methods of resolving global issues.
The program’s objective is to equip graduates with conceptual and theoretical knowledge in the field and the ability to conduct multidimensional analyses that take into account the complex dynamics of globalization and international relations. The curriculum is designed to provide students with the qualifications necessary to work in diplomatic institutions, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, multinational corporations, and the international departments of public institutions.
The program also aims to educate individuals who can understand, explain, and interpret international relations, possess proficiency in at least one foreign language, think analytically, and embrace lifelong learning.
