🏛️ Anadolu University is one of the most established institutions offering higher education abroad through its Open Education System. For over 40 years, it has successfully delivered educational programs to Turkish citizens, people of Turkish origin, and individuals from various nations in more than 40 countries, primarily in Europe.

This long experience reflects a holistic approach that is not limited to teaching academic content, but also includes social and cultural goals such as preserving the Turkish language and culture and passing them on to future generations.

Anadolu University has achieved significant success in the past with its Turkish language certification programs abroad and has helped thousands of participants improve their Turkish and strengthen their cultural identity.

🎯 The planned pre-license program aims to reach a broader and more inclusive audience, including not only Turkish citizens or people of Turkish origin, but also foreigners who want to learn Turkish as a second language.

Thanks to national and international collaborations and protocols, Anadolu University has a solid and comprehensive infrastructure to meet this growing demand.

The preparatory year of the program is specially designed for students who do not have sufficient knowledge of Turkish and will cover A1, A2, B1, and B2 levels.

Over the following two years, the curriculum will include not only language teaching but also a wide range of subjects such as literature, history, and cultural studies.

In this context, the program is designed not only for individual development but also to contribute to Turkey's cultural diplomacy efforts.

• 🔹 To teach Turkish language and culture to Turkish citizens living abroad and interested foreigners.
• 🔹 To offer this program as an undergraduate option in regions where the promotion of Turkish is desired.

• 🔹 Passport of the country where the application is made or a residence permit/visa valid for at least 6 months.
• 🔹 Turkish language proficiency certificate – B2 level (there is a preparatory class for those who do not have this document).
• 🔹 Bank receipt showing that the semester tuition fee has been paid.
• 🔹 High school diploma or equivalency certificate.

A B2 level certificate is required for programs where the language of instruction is Turkish. A preparatory class is available for international students who have not yet reached the required level.

• 🔹 Successfully completing all courses without receiving FF, YZ, or DZ grades.
• 🔹 Completing at least 120 ECTS credits (pre-undergraduate).
• 🔹 Achieving a CGPA of at least 2.00.
• 🔹 Fulfilling academic and administrative obligations.
