🏛️ Anadolu University is one of the most established institutions offering higher education abroad through its Open Education System. For over 40 years, it has successfully delivered educational programs to Turkish citizens, people of Turkish origin, and individuals from various nations in more than 40 countries, primarily in Europe.

This long experience reflects a holistic approach that is not limited to teaching academic content, but also includes social and cultural goals such as preserving the Turkish language and culture and passing them on to future generations.

Anadolu University has achieved significant success in the past with its Turkish language certification programs abroad and has helped thousands of participants improve their Turkish and strengthen their cultural identity.

🎯 The planned pre-license program aims to reach a broader and more inclusive audience, including not only Turkish citizens or people of Turkish origin, but also foreigners who want to learn Turkish as a second language.

Thanks to national and international collaborations and protocols, Anadolu University has a solid and comprehensive infrastructure to meet this growing demand.

The preparatory year of the program will be specifically designed for students who do not have sufficient proficiency in Turkish and will cover levels A1, A2, B1, and B2.

During the following two years, the curriculum will include not only language instruction but also a wide range of topics such as literature, history, and cultural studies.

In this context, the program is designed not only for individual development but also to contribute to Turkey's cultural diplomacy efforts.

• 🔹 To teach Turkish language and culture to Turkish citizens living abroad and interested foreigners.
• 🔹 To offer this program as an undergraduate option in regions where the promotion of the Turkish language is desired.

• 🔹 Passport of the country where the application is made or a residence permit/visa valid for at least 6 months.
• 🔹 Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate – Level B2 (a preparatory class is available for those without this certificate).
• 🔹 Bank receipt proving payment of the semester tuition fee.
• 🔹 High school diploma or equivalency document.

A B2 level certificate is required for programs where the language of instruction is Turkish. A preparatory section exists for international students who have not yet reached the required level.

• 🔹 Successful completion of all courses without receiving FF, YZ, or DZ grades.
• 🔹 Completion of at least 120 ECTS credits (Pre-undergraduate).
• 🔹 Achieving a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.00.
• 🔹 Fulfillment of academic and administrative obligations.
